Gawen, the only source I know is to make it yourself. I find it is very easy
to make jerky and I have also finally located some grass fed beef. I will
ask around for you but so far have never seen  a jerky that is commercial
that is not just absolutely loaded with additives. (Soysauce, wheat, sugar,
chemicals, etc)
