I'm ordering 60 pounds of ground suet....am getting it from Genes Market in
Saratoga....I am trying of trying to "hunt"it down at Whole Foods, etc, they
tell me they will save it, and you go there and it is not there....simply an
exercise in frustration.....

60 pounds is the smallest amount I can get it in.

Another tip would be to hoard it at Christmas/Holiday/Hannukah  time as it
is used in holiday dishes and some markets like Gene carry it in inventory.
As I am the ONLY one asking for it, I have to take the whole box!!
