> A paleo option might be to try pomegranate juice.

My local health food store carries an organic juice that does not have any
added sugar; it is a combination of blueberry juice and pomegranate juice.

I live in southern New Mexico and have several friends with pomegranate
trees in their backyard, so I am really set for pomegranates when they are
in season. I buy blueberries at the local co-op. But during the winter
months the blueberry/pomegranate juice is my backup.

I also have pure cocoa/coconut oil, about once a week. My blood pressure
remains perfectly normal even though (due to my post polio) I am unable to
exercise. I also buy organic celery, weekly. Everyone is different but the
above protocol certainly appears to be working for me. In fact, the only
time I know of that my blood pressure has been up in the last couple of
years was when I was bitten on the foot by a black widow spider!
