I met a grandmother who had been diagnosed with degenerative disc 
failure, she fixed it with a strict raw diet. Vegetarian, IIRC.
My diagnosis (for chronic back pain) was "you blew a disc", and I also 
had floppy feet and legs that gave out, sciatica too.

All of that ended when I began to eat strict raw zero carb.

The benefits of RZC are mind boggling or miraculous.

That's why I believe that the closest we can come to a paleolithic level 
of health is only achieved with raw zero carb.
