What I sent. My problem was not informing the readers about the paleo
pyramid that is used by many if not most who actually say they are on
a paleodiet and is advocated by other "gurus".

I have a comment regarding your paleo pyramid, as outlined in your
recent article:

This is one perspective derived from some paleo diet gurus, but others
(like NeanderThin - http://www.neanderthin.com) follows a
very meat-based approach, where the pyramid might look more like:

* meat and fish at the base (most of your calories, which are protein and
fat, are here)
* vegetables (no potato, beans though; may be limited to reduce body fat %)
* some fruits, berries and nuts (again may be limited to reduce body fat %)
* no grains

I mention this because I think many if not most of us who claim we are
actually on a "palodiet" for an extended period of several years have a
pyramid more like this one rather than the one in your article. A popular
