A fiend of mine instincto got diagnosed with trichonosis after eating a
mangouse . He almost died . He ate the liver and the doctors told them that
it got it because of it. He admit that he didn't appreciate it but did it
for the symbolic of the gesture ( like a real hunter gatherer)
In france and Europe many peoples ate raw hams and raw saucissons for
many centuries . An important group of peoples clients of the instincto
quality food coop have been and are for many years eating raw porks ( all
parts), the pigs are checked for the presence of trichonosis.

In my opinion you need way more than the presence of a parasite to develop
and get sick symptoms and get sick, read the book "maximise immunity " from
Bruno Comby and you will get a sense that asymptomatic forms of viral or
baterial "infestation" is the norm rather than the exception. Monkeys in
Africa are carying the equivalent of HIV virus ( for their species ) without
getting sick.

being relax about the multiple dangers of life and not arrogant either , is
the safest attitude that one can have .
In my opinion there is way more risk at eating denatured foods than getting
trichonosis .
