 Perhaps try herb or medicinal teas, steeped at higher concentration
than

drinking.. Many are less than one carb/bag. Can you have mint,
chamomile,
lemon zinger  perhaps? The acidity of these could be checked with
litmus
paper...
making these teas with a little ginger steeped in the "brew" adds an
interesting flavor..
