My elimiating Corn and Peanut Butter, we cut our risk
dramatically. By eating lots of meat, we do well in the
chemical-resistence factor (do an archive search for "yellow dye" with me
as the author). And, if we can tolorate that amount of sugar, five-a-day
is little problem for us in the veggie department. I'm still eating
uncurred bacon until what I have is gone. But after that the spoiledge of
it does NOT make it cost effective. Uncurred bacon goes bad too quickly.
