I saw this for the first time.
It looks like a kind of paleo diet.
With emphasis on fruit and raw items.
Particularly to avoid cooked proteins.
And much reasoning against dairy and wheat.

For the protein amount, I'm shure he's right.
Alone to get the RDA protein you can eat almost any natural item
(e.g.plant part, honey is not a natural item).
They are low enough in calories (per protein) that you get some 150% of
RDA protein if you only eat your 2400 kcal or more.
You just had to eat several lbs of it (8 or so).
From nuts you need a very small amount only, but they have a similar ratio.
(protein per calories).

With fruit alone 100% are not reached with 2400 kcal, only some 75%.
So eather you have to eat more calories (1/3 more) or you can count on the
protein quality.
The RDA has a safety factor of about 2, to provide for less than ideal
protein quality.
If fruit protein has high quality (what I don't know, but is easily
possible) then 75% will also be good.

Well, he recommends some raw fish or meat too.
Taken alone as a meal, which I think is good.
