NO ROOT CANAL! You shall be sorry if you do. Endless health problems. See  
the comments of Weston A. Price (IIRC), there are many others in the field  
of dental surgery.

It's almost always the other way around.

IMHO yes.


Probably a good idea to find a holistic dentist (a real one, not the  
frauds that I found), there are lists online of such.
