Me too. The information contained seems to agree with most of what I've
read here and at Beyondveg.com.
My biggest issue with the article is the "tearing-down" the authors did of
other paleo authors (who seem to report pretty much the same information).
I have never read anything that suggests "elimination of almost all
non-protein, fat, and veggie foods, including grains, nuts, and fruits",
have you? Or "Most Paleo-diet folks will have you believe that
carbohydrates and grains were virtually absent during the Paleolithic."
Do you get the idea this is a "buy OUR book, not theirs" strategy?
