sorry Sandy... a bit of a late reply... unfortunately I don't have the answer although I have several lipomas... am just beginning to make inroads into understanding the problem and I think it's connected to adrenal imbalance/too much cortisol resulting in faulty metabolism... I've been mostly paleo for about 7 yrs now but no change to my lipomas... I refuse to go under the knife as one of the bigger ones will require general anaesthetic... I continue my research and hopefully find some solution in the near future
