Jim, just wondering if you have an annual physical during which you have a
full blood lab analysis.

Several yrs. ago I decided to go paleo at a time when my blood values were
all over the place...some too high, others too low.  The internist wasn't
the least concerned, but I was.

It took a while, but I'm happy to report that my last lab analysis showed
that all the things tested in my blood were not only in the normal range,
but most of them were in the middle of the normal range.

This may not be of any interest to you, but I think that being balanced is
something to aim for - at least for me.  I feel better now than I have for
years.
