  > Paleo is really simple. REALLY. You eat the acceptable foods. You
eat until you're sated, which is generally much less than most
modern adults. If you're overweight, you lose weight. If you felt
like crap before, chances are you'll feel better if you stick with
it. What other diet can promise those results with virtually no
  effort?

Agreed completely. And, eating paleo I no longer have: "frequent
sinus infections, sore joints, maddening apthous ulcers, inattention,
depression, poor skin, gassiness, bloating, seasonal allergies, and a
lipid profile that pointed to future cardiovascular problems."

My last area to conquer has been a slightly high blood glucose level,
a rather piddly thing in the context of the items mentioned above.
I've decided to try Rosedale's limitation of three to four
pack-of-cards-sized portions of lean protein a day and lots of good
fats to see if it works. But Mike's right. It ain't that difficult.
