The rapid loss at first is perfectly normal and should not worry
unless it continues much longer. It is probably mainly water loss. You
should be drinking more than you usually do to prevent dehydration.

The stool change is normal too if you were eating much bread/wheat
pruducts and stopped. Same thing happened to me
