Just compare 18:2 to 18:3.
Plus EPA / DHA amounts (which may be counted 10-fold in most aspects, on
the w-3 side).

There were several such ratio lists available on this list
(search the archives for omega and ratio), one example
at http://www.juggernaut.com.au/food/omega3ratio2.html .

I've seen the newer version (14) of the USDA Database has Data on cis-
and trans- configurations as well.

This weekend I worked with my UDSA Database to get
various reports on the ratios.

I can post some of this, in the case I see advantages in the views.
