Gee,
I'm sure glad that I didn't go ahead and ask about why corn wasn't paleo,
which I will admit I was thinking about doing.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a SUPPORT list for people on
paleo diets, like Neanderthin, and there is a separate list for RESEARCH on
paleo dieting. I do appreciate most of the articles and all, but please
forgive us newbies if we ask a DUMB question. Have you wondered why only a
handful of people regularly post to this list and they are mostly the ones
"in the know."

I haven't been on too many emailing lists but the tone on this one is the
most opinionated, intolerant one I've been on. For those of us would who
don't live in "paleoland" and would just like some help getting closer to
what would be an ideal diet FOR US individually, that we can live with and
enjoy, it is pretty intimidating.

And thanks to Stacie and Dori and a few others for keeping the tone upbeat.

BTW, I don't expect this will change anything. I will probably soon quit
this list. But I would be interested if anyone knows of other forums that
are supportive of this type of diet? Maybe a cooking list? (Sorry if that
seems like a dumb question, but we aren't all expert computer researchers
either.)
