Hi Zahra;
I eat to taste, which is as much as I feel like. Mostly this is butter with
a tiny dab of raw unheated honey to help the taste.
I know that butter is not paleo, but have not found any other source for
fat. Also the only butter available in my area is from pasteurised milk, so
doesn't taste right.

The archives for paleofood are at:
http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/paleofood.html

Good Luck,
William
