That's funny but that's not it for me. I actually enjoy fasting from time to
time but am genuinely concerned about my adrenals. I have many signs such as
fatigue, trouble getting going in the morning, hormonal imbalance, hit a
low/tired point around 7 PM then perk back up around 9 PM, sweaty smell
and/or sweat after drinking caffeine (I don't drink much only things like
green tea or decaf organic coffee but even small amounts cause the sweaty
smell), poor stress response, etc. I am definitely a type A person and use
to multi-task, work overtime, do volunteer work at night, etc. Now I work 25
hours a week from home and that seems overwhelming. Monday nights I am
helping teach an ESL class and going to that tonight and then having to work
another 5 hours tomorrow seems even more overwhelming. A few years ago 25
hours a week would have been a snap for me.

All that to say that I do think there are some relatively significant
adrenal issues. I would like to give my body a rest from digesting and
having only one meal a day would minimize my exposure to food and getting
more intolerances, but I am worried I will stress my adrenals even more.
Everything I have read says with adrenal fatigue it's important to eat
several times a day and the first meal no later than 10 AM. While health
care practitioners seem to disagree on various things, this is actually one
they seem to agree on when it comes to adrenal issues.
