No.

The paleolithic diet includes meat, so by definition if you are not
eating meat, you're not paleo.

Fat and protein are found in nuts, some seeds and some fruit (olives and
avocado come to mind).

I tried eating only paleo non-meat foods for a while (coming off 8 years of
vegetarianism). I got _really_ sick of nuts. My health has improved since I
started eating meat again, although I was not terribly sick to start with.
