First off, welcome!  Glad you're on board.

For some great info, go to google.com and enter Loren Cordain.  You'll see
him mentioned quite often here; get used to him.  He's a veritable superhero
regarding paleo research with a book coming out sometime next year.  A
google search will turn up some good stuff.  If you'd like, e-mail me and
I'll send some good stuff I've got.  It will be a few days before I send it,
though.  Be patient.

FYI, Cordain himself once told me that a personal friend with MS went on the
paleo diet and went from using a walker and gearing up for a wheelchair to
walking stairs unassisted.  He also tells me that the MS Societies of the US
and Canada will eventually be funding a study on this diet's impact on MS.
I have yet to get a confirmation, though.  Frankly, I think he's right and
the societies are lousy at communication.  It's been my experience in the
past.
