Hello, listers!

Pardon my ignorance, but who is the list moderator? A cyber-friend would
like to join this list but, for some strange reason, he can't seem to sign
on. He's asked that I forward his information and explanation to the list
moderator to see if that works.

FYI, a couple of years ago he changed his diet to that of an 18th century
American Indian, which includes corn and potatoes. Only after switching to
the diet of early man and eliminating corn and 'taters did he start to lose
weight. He'd never heard of NeanderThin until we met on-line; he bought the
book and loved it. He'd already been hunting and gathering and loved
learning even more about its advantages. It'll be great to have him on the
list.

Another interesting point is that he now attends a conservative Anabaptist
church and wears Amish apparel; an Amish person would consider this diet
about as 'wordly' as it gets! He's about to go out and buy some material
and whip out the sewing machine; his 'barn door britches' are too big, now
that he's lost 5" from his waist.
