Thanks for the reply, but I am intolerant to beef, pork, and almonds. I only
buy grass-fed, hormone-free meats from a farm nearby and I still react to
the beef so it's not because of grain fed beef. I do eat some wild salmon
and walnuts occasionally.

I stopped the goat milk but I do have a cup of organic decaf about every 4
days which I might stop, too. I can't drink green tea every day because I
take the chance of becoming intolerant to it. I am on a 4-day rotation diet.

My quick take. I see at least three non paleo things you've
consumed: probiotics, goat milk, and coffee.

Here's what I would do. I'd buy grassfed 75% lean hamburger, some
green tea, some uncured bacon, almond butter, wild salmon and other
wild fish. Grassfed beef liver's good. You get the idea.

The only supplement I'd allow to pass my lips would be perhaps a
nightly shot of potassium and magnesium.

Bacon and almond butter (in moderation!) is a great breakfast, BTW.

Jim
