Forgive me if I've gotten this out of context and sorry for the rant.  But
I just cannot help myself.  We need to better define "edible" or
"comestible."  Ding dongs, paper towels, and raw potatoes are all edible in
one sense.  But they're clearly not paleo and therefore aren't "edible."
Same goes for coffee.  Fact is, there appears to be a lot of wishful
thinking on this list!  Eat what you want to, but don't try to then justify
it as paleo just because you want it or think you need it.  Rant over.
