No. I have always been about 5'10, 140 lbs, about 10% body fat, which is
slightly underweight. My diet has been

Before 10/1996: almost no refined sugar, a little dairy (part-skim milk and a
little butter), meat, grains (66% rice, 33% wheat), almost no fat besides meat
and dairy, fruits and vegetables.

10/1996-12/1997: >95% raw, variable amounts of meat and fish, almost no dairy,
lots of fruits, vegetables.
