Tina, thanks for your post ~ good info here. This particular mother, along with so many others, with the same dilemma, still choose to stick their heads in the sand. She's already bulking on the suggestions that Ron made. I guess she's OK with continuing to see her baby's reaction, as normal. "just rock her day, and night. He'll be OK." Jeeeeez!! Since she has the suggestions that I've obtained here, the rest is up to her. I've done all that I can do. I believe that she views the suggestions as interference. It's sad and rather ignorant. This woman is a teacher ... YIKES!
