5 sounds very high. Then there must be a UV chemical in it.
I heard about jojoba to "have" (add) a SPF of 0.5
to a sun protection oil.
Maybe it should read 0.5

Anyway I use sesame oil for ayurvedic self-massage from time to time in the
morning (and lately red palm oil on my face).
