Quebec does allow cheese to be raw as long as it is less than 60 days old:-

That said, it is a notorious fact that, in the UK, despite raw milk being legal everywhere except in Scotland, that c. 60 percent of so-called "raw" milk is actually lightly pasteurised by dishonest farmer scum. So, one should always check whether the milk products is genuinely raw or not.

As regards the other raw dairy comment:- Absolutely, raw cows' dairy is meant for calves,  it is not a human food at all.
