I read a book about this many years ago.  The people were named after their
valley, the HUNZA vally.
They lived far into old age with an excellent health.
Apricot and apricot-oil were a major part of their diet.
Can't realy recall what else except that they cherished the fact that their
vally was remote and hard to reach.
I believe it to be located in Pakistan.
