Something I would like to do, is to start eating more food that is in
season. The trouble is somethings seem to be in season all the time. Either
technology has made it possible to produce a food all year long or the food
is transported from areas where it is in season to areas it is not.

Without technology when would bird's eggs be available? At what times during
the year and for how long?

Also, even though they're not paleo, when would grains be available?

Hope someone can help.
Jason
