< Does anyone have information on the nutritional value of cartilage? Is
much of it absorbed in human digestion - or does it go through our systems
pretty much intact?>

It is my understanding that cartilage and connective tissue is digestable if
abit unappetizing. I have heard that boiling bones for soup stock is a
great
way of getting the nutrients you want in more platable way. Many people
take
packaged gelatin but it's abit too processed for me and I'm abit dubious if
it has all the advantages from 'homemade' stocks.
