Yes. Lots of people on the Wellpet list fed cats this way.
They find that cats are extremely healthy on this diet.

You can vary it by grinding a whole pheasant or rabbit every
now and then. What Ray suggests is no doubt better, but this
works for people who want to buy their pets food at the
grocery store.
