I agree with Leonie.  I eat mainly paleo 99% of the time, meaning I allow
myself some dairy, a cup of coffee each day, a dessert about twice a year
made with Splenda.  If I am craving something badly or want to take a day
off to blend in and have a more "normal" Thanksgiving, for example- then I
do.  But, this happens rarely anymore.  I simply feel too good eating paleo.
Also, I rarely miss the foods I CHOOSE not to eat.

I am fortunate in that when I take a day off, although I pay for it the next
day in how I feel I am able to get right back to eating paleo.
