But plain ol' pork and salt would be fine.  Is there a way to find bacon
that's just that, pork and salt?  While sea salt would be best, let's be
realistic; I doubt you'll ever see that unless you do it yourself. The
closest thing I've seen to bacon in a health food store is fake, tofu crap.
Anyone ever found the real deal and know where to look?
