Why do you doubt it, S.B.?

If, when you think of plain, raw food, your response is "ugh!", then it's
because you're not hungry.  If, at the same time, you're yearning for
Italian, Indian, Mexican or Chinese food, what you're seeking is a flavour
fix ... an accustomed stimulus ... something to feed your habit.

Cravings kick in much sooner than hunger does.  May I suggest that you (and
most of those who are reading this) have never experienced hunger.  Lay off
of the "gourmet" stuff for a while.  If you're not in the mood for nature's
food, just wait it out.  In a day or two, what nature has to offer will be
very tempting.

Those poor souls are impotent and ignorant.  They need someone who has power
and knowledge.  To merely be or to imagine, decide, plan and act ... that is
the question,
