i thought i tell everyone what i had for dinner, cause it was so good.

WARNING: if you feel bacon is an unnatural food, hit your 'delete' button
now, and proceed to the next post.

i cooked some bacon, about 1/4 pound in my cast iron skillet.  while the
bacon is cooking, peel and core and cut up about 4 apples.  take out the
cooked bacon, and cook the apples in the grease.  when they begin to soften
up, crumble the cooked bacon over top of them, and stir up.
this was so good!  thank you for the recipe, Binnie.  i think next time i'll
add some onions, too.
