A few months ago I preordered "The Paleo Diet" by Loren Cordain. Of course,
I had totally forgotten about it. It came in the mail yesterday. I've only
had time to skim through it. It includes 100+ recipes. It appears he has
done an excellent job of explaining his research into paleo eating. There
are several familiar names in the acknowledgments. From what I've had time
to read so far, I would recommend this paleo book! As always, NAYY, YMMV,
etc.
