The last thing I do is parrot.  I look up EVERYTHING.  This does not mean I
save everything.  I learn far too much to possibly do that.  I would need to
hire a full time information management specialist.

  Again (ad nauseum), the reference can be found at the USDA site.  What no
one seems to understand is that they are allowed to use this grade.  USDA
Gov't  Surplus Beef, given to low income people, is also of the same grade.
Grading changed in the 1960's.  The grade that was once considered select
was raised to choice.  All other grades moves up one notch on the grading
list.  This was in response to lobbying efforts by the meat industry.  They
were complaining that too much meat was being 'wasted'.
