I love kangaroo meat. Hardly a week goes by that I don't eat some.
My kangaroo curry is becoming quite popular amongst my friends.
And I'd argue that it's one of the most paleo meats available
today especially here down under.

I'd be very interested in seeing a lipid and amino acid profile of
roo meat (similar to the USDA figures for other meats), if anyone
knows of a source of such.
