Bingo.  I guess I was wondering how someone would answer questions like, "do
you feel better eating a higher protein and fat diet, than a high
carbohydrate diet", if they haven't given it an honest chance before.  If
they had, they know they'd feel better and hence wouldn't need a metabolic
classification to tell them what they already know.

I hope that Wolcott differentiates between "good" (vegetables primarily,
some fruits) and "bad" carbohydrates (grains, starches, sweets).
