"organ" - Biology - a differentiated part of an organism adapted for a
specific function.

That's only one of the several interesting definitions, but
techinically, I guess that makes the tongue an organ.

"Variety meats" are a nice name for offal,
as often offal's referred to as awful.
Awful to me is the non-paleo waffel,
but I'm full of awe when all full of offal!

I'm offaly sorry--I couldn't resist.
