You are so right Kristina, fruit does seem to set off sugar cravings for me...I've been journalling my food for a couple of months trying to see if there's any clues to why i do so well on Paleo for weeks at a time & then binge on sugary foods for a day or two...berries dont seem to set me up for a sugar crave as much as other fruit does such as bananas & mango. I think I'm going to try to avoid fruit & fruit juice for a couple of weeks while i go cold turkey again on the sugary rubbish...increase my veg intake & animal fats, nuts & seeds alongside the meat. I also need to stop using manufactured dressings on salads cos they seem to be sugar laiden too. Thanks so much for your encouraging words. xxxxxxxxxxxjane

I know it's hard, but as long as you eat sugar it will set off cravings for
more sugar. I even have to be careful with fruit. When you're ready you will
stop, until then do your best and don't beat yourself up. :)
