Hi,

Does anyone have any insights into reducing sun sensitivity, seemingly made
worse by heat? UV protected sun glasses have helped somewhat.  Symptoms
include terrible fatigue and headaches lasting hours.

As there are no skin rashes, gastrointestinal upset etc... porphyria is not
suspected.
