Sorry, got to chime in on this one.  My understanding
is that in many paleo cultures, a nursing mother not
only would nurse her own child until 5 or 6 years of
age - not what we would consider a baby, other
children when circumstances warranted, and also the
elderly or infirm who could not deal with the usual
diet.

I think a better formulation would be that all
non-human milk is out, wouldn't you say?
