Yes, you're right....  as usual.....  Cod, tuna, flounder, sole.  Not the
same with salmon or sardines or mackerel.  I realized this after I sent the
post to the list....  I'll stay away from the low fat fish from now on.
They act like a yam with me.....  Oliva

but what kind of fish? eg cod, with les than 1% fat, and no purines; or
mackerel, with 10% fat and high in purines?
