really, you should get Ray's book.  Neanderthin.  no, he doesn't pay us to
say that.  we are just very satisfied customers :-)

grains are foreign proteins to your body, which was not designed to handle
the large amounts of grains in the Standard American Diet (SAD).  this can
provoke an allergic response = arthritis.

 all grains break down in your body to sugar.  bread, pasta, rice, potatoes:
they all are broken down into sugar.  too much sugar stimulates too much of
an insulin response.  this is why grains are bad for diabetics.

what you should be eating: meat, any kind-beef, chicken, venison, whatever.
fish.  nuts.  vegetables (except NOT corn, potatoes or beans).  fruit.

try it for a while, and then tell us if you don't feel better.
