IQ tests may be invalid at determining life success or happiness and we all
know exceptions to them, but as a former school psychologist, the ability of
the IQ test to predict school success in the United States is accurate, from
my experience. This is not to say I didn't have students diagnosed as
"mildly retarded" that were better acclimated to adult independent living
than some of my students with higher IQ's but the correlation to their school
performance was very strong. Then again, what does school performance
necessarily have to do with life performance/contentment?

And, as to falling off the wagon... I confess to be an intellectual follower
of paleo eating but hold a Hershey bar anywhere near me during certain days
of my cycle and you may loose a hand ; ) At least the hand would be
paleo...
