I'm raising some pigs with no grain. They're eating nothing but hay,
grass clippings, and cheese. Lots of cheese, and also some sour cream
and cottage cheese. It's mostly surplus trimmings from a big commercial
dairy cooperative. I wonder what that does to the nutritional qualities.
I'm a little concerned about it, but am glad they're not getting any
grain.
