I was 99% vegan for 16 years. I had 3-4 colds and/or bad bronchitis per year.
 I have been using meat a my main source of calories for the past few years
and I haven't even had a cold. When many people around me were getting the
flu I have been immune to everything.  Once I had a "tickle" in my throat.
Which was always the beginning of a cold?  I dropped my carb intake very low
and it went away the next day.

Has anyone had similar experiences.
