They sell rattlesnake at one of our local stores. I've been wanting to try
it, but it's $19.99 a pound which is a bit high in my opinion.

commended wine list, so I selected a non-paleo Alsacian riesling to
accompany my outstanding grilled half quail and rattlesnake sausage.  The
snake was surprisingly delicious, fatty and flavorful.
